HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist
About This Role
EcoFamilies is hiring its first dedicated HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our team from 50 to 150+ people by end of 2026. You will own the full recruitment cycle and help shape our people culture.What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. - Write compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms. - Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring panels. - Onboard new employees and manage HR documentation. - Help develop culture initiatives and employee engagement programs.Requirements
- 3+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience. - Experience hiring in remote and multi-timezone environments. - Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar). - Excellent organizational and communication skills.Benefits & Perks
