Common Merchant Questions

What documents do I need to register?
You need: (1) Valid trade license or business registration certificate, (2) Owner's national ID (Tazkira), (3) Business location proof (lease or utility bill), and (4) Clear photos of your storefront. All documents should be uploaded as JPG or PDF.
Can I have multiple branches?
Yes — once your main business is approved, you can add branch locations from your dashboard under "Branches". Each branch must have its own address and can have its own operating hours and offers.
How are EcoFamilies commissions calculated?
Commission is calculated as a percentage of verified member transactions — transactions where the member showed their QR code and received a discount. The rate varies by merchant category and is outlined in your merchant agreement.
How do I edit or pause an offer?
Go to Dashboard → Offers, click the offer you want to edit, and make your changes. Offers go through a quick review (usually under 2 hours) before going live again. You can also toggle an offer off instantly without deleting it.
What analytics are available in my dashboard?
Your dashboard shows: total member visits, unique visitors, offer redemption rates, revenue generated through EcoFamilies, ratings and reviews, and ad performance (if running ads). Reports can be exported as CSV.
How do I run a promotional ad on the platform?
From your dashboard, go to Ads → Packages. Choose your preferred placement (homepage banner, category spotlight, or magazine sidebar) and duration. Payment is made upfront, and your ad goes live within 24 hours after creative review.
