About This Role

EcoFamilies is seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to help manage cross-border operations, vendor relationships, and internal process improvements as the company scales globally.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate day-to-day platform operations across multiple regions. - Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements. - Track and improve key operational KPIs. - Support the product team with process documentation. - Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Requirements

- 2+ years of operations or project management experience. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira). - Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company preferred.
